BIR List of Revenue District Offices (RDO) Codes in the Philippines

Each taxpayer (individual or corporate) is assigned in a specific sector called Revenue District Offices (RDO).

The functions of the RDO are:

1. Provides frontline assistance and service to taxpayers
2. Pre-processes and encodes key information from returns/ payment forms
3. Conducts field audit investigation of tax cases
4. Undertakes collection of taxes through summary remedies
5. Manages forfeited properties/acquired assets within the RDO’s jurisdiction

Thus, it is very important as a taxpayer to know your RDO Code. This code represents the area where you are currently registered as a taxpayer.

In every BIR form we use, your RDO Code will be required.

To fill it up correctly, in any BIR form, there will be three boxes.

If your RDO code is only one digit, enter two zeros before the code. If your code has two digits, enter one zero before the code.

For example, if your code is 82, enter 082.
